基于资源和成熟度要素的工业体系能力评价模型

【摘要】 通过对工业体系能力内涵的分析,以及对技术成熟度、制造成熟度的研究,研究提出一种经过初步试点应用证明合理有效的工业体系能力评价模型。该模型以代表性的装备的使用需求为输入,以围绕该型(种)装备科研生产的组织为调查统计分析对象,开展基于资源要素的静态评价和基于技术与制造成熟度的动态评价。

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the connotation of industrial system capacity as well as researches on technological readiness and manufacturing readiness,this paper put forward an industrial system capabilities evaluation model which is proved to be reasonable and effective after a pilot application. By taking the use of the typical equipment as an input and taking the organization of scientific research and production which center in this type of equipment as an object of survey and statistical analysis,this model conducts a resource-based static evaluation and TRL-and-MRL-based dynamic evaluation.
