不同实验因素对氧化锌光催化性能的影响
Influences of Different Experimental Factors on Photocatalytic Performance of Zinc Oxide
【摘要】 以氯化锌和氢氧化钠等为原料,借助正交实验设计方法,通过水热法合成了具有不同形貌和光催化活性的ZnO粉体材料。采用XRD、SEM及紫外-可见分光光度计等表征方法研究了Zn2+/OH-离子比、Zn2+浓度、水热温度和水热时间等因素对ZnO微观形貌和光催化性能的影响。结果表明,Zn2+/OH-离子比对ZnO的粒径、微观形貌和光催化性能有较大的影响。当Zn2+/OH-离子比为1∶5时,ZnO粉末样品呈现二维片层状形貌,且光催化活性优于长径比较大的棒状或棱柱状ZnO,这可能是片状形貌ZnO的比表面积和活性面较大的缘故。
【Abstract】 Zinc oxide powder materials with different morphologies and photocatalytic activities were prepared from zinc chloride and sodium hydroxide by hydrothermal method based on the orthogonal experiment design method. The effects of mole ratio of Zn2+/OH-,concentration of Zn2+,hydrothermal temperature and time on the microstructure and photocatalytic performance of ZnO were studied by XRD,SEM and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. Results suggest the mole ratio of Zn2+/OH-has a major influence on the particle size,morphology and photocatalytic activity of ZnO.The planar sheet-like ZnO prepared with the mole ratio of Zn2+/OH-at 1∶ 5 has better photocatalytic property than the rod-like or prismatic ZnO due to the larger specific surface area and active surface.
