含球形硼粉改性双基推进剂的燃烧性能
Combustion Characteristics of Composite Modified Double-base Propellant Containing Ball-boron Powder
【摘要】 用燃速测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光电子能谱仪(EDS)和单幅照相技术研究了含球形硼粉改性双基推进剂(CMDB)的燃烧性能、熄火表面和火焰结构。结果表明,球形硼粉主要在推进剂燃烧表面或接近燃烧表面处熔融、燃烧,用等质量的球形硼粉替代黑索今(RDX),推进剂燃速和凝聚相热分解的剧烈程度下降,压强指数升高。
【Abstract】 The influence on the combustion properties,flameout surface characteristics and flame structure of composite modified double-base propellant( CMDB) containing ball-boron powder were investigated,using burning rate test,scanning electron microscope( SEM),energy dispersive spectrometry( EDS) and photography technique. The results show that the ball-boron powder agglomerat and burn on the combustion surface of propellant.And the pressure index increase,burning rate and thermal decomposition sensitivity of condensed phase increases as RDX is replaced by same quality of ball-boron powder in propellant.
