隧道管片密封垫防水试验研究

【摘要】 研究密封垫两侧侧限材料的不同,对密封垫耐水压力试验的影响。通过理论推导分析了密封垫接触压力的影响因素,得出了密封垫的侧向变形和约束刚度对同一张开量下的接触压力有较大影响,且等效泊松比与竖向应力增量正相关。设计的试验可同时测定密封垫的张开量-耐水压力及压缩力试验数据。对密封垫在不同侧限条件下的竖向荷载与耐水压力的关系及压缩力试验数据进行了分析,可为下一步的管片密封垫的防水试验提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 The influences of different lateral confinement materials was studied,which are used on both sides of the gasket,on the water resistance test. The influence factors of gasket contact pressure are analyzed through theoretical deduction. It is concluded that the lateral deformation and restraint stiffness of gasket have a greater impact on the contact force under the same opening amount,and equivalent Poisson’ s ratio is positively related to vertical stress increment. The tests are designed to measure the test data of opening amount-water resistance and assembly force of gaskets. The relationship between the vertical load and water resistance of the gasket under different lateral confinement conditions and the test data of the assembly force are analyzed,which can provide reference for the waterproof test of segment gaskets.
