以TG-FTIR分析煤与油棕榈空果串混烧特性
TG-FTIR Study on the Co-firing of Coal and Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch
【摘要】 棕榈空果串(EFB)作为一种废料,如能将其回收利用作为锅炉燃料燃烧将具有极大潜力。研究利用TG-FTIR分析Adaro煤与生质料EFB在空气中混烧的特性。热重分析仪记录样品在加热过程中重量损失,而FTIR则分析其释放的气体产物。该实验针对煤与生质料以及三种不同的混烧比例,分别以煤与20%EFB,30%EFB,50%EFB在空气(21%氧气/79%氮气)的条件下进行混烧。每组实验均是以升温速率10℃/min从40 t加热到900℃。TG热重分析表明适当增加废料EFB的比例到20%对煤的燃烧特性曲线影响特性不大。FTIR分析释放的气体主要是CO2,CO和H2O。实验最后也使用了SEM和EDS进行残留固体分析表明其灰分主要是SiO2等物质。
【Abstract】 EFB,palm empty fruit bunches is a waste,if it can be recycled as boiler fuel combustion,it will have a great potential.In this study,TG-FTIR studys the mixed burning of Adaro coal and EFB in the air.Weight loss of the sample during the heating process was recorded with thermogravimetry analysis and species of the gaseous product released was simultaneously identified using FTIR.The experiment sample are coal and biomass fuel as well as three different co-firing ratio,coal + 20%EFB,30%EFB,50%EFB respectively,which were burn in the air(21%oxygen/79%nitrogen) conditions.All of the experiments were carried out with 10℃/min heating rate from 40℃ to 900℃.The results of TG and TGA showed that when 20%proportion of EFB were added to Adaro Coal,the combustion characteristic curve is better.From FTIR measurement,major gas species released are CO,CO2,and H2O for all experiments.Finally,the remaining solid products from the experiments were characterized using SEM and EDS and indicated that the ash is mainly SiO2.
