【摘要】 提出了技术效能分析模型,试图从创新力、生产力和转化力3个维度综合评价科技成果的产业化过程,力求科学衡量科技成果的技术价值和转化效率,进而深化对三大部门职能及其在科技成果产业化中所发挥作用的认识。在此基础上,提出了该模型对制定科技成果产业化政策的若干启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper puts forward the technology efficiency model,trying to comprehensively evaluate the industrialization process in three dimensions of creativity,productivity and transformation power,hence deepening the recognition of the functions of the three sectors mentioned above as well as their influences in the industrialization process.Based on these arguments,the paper poses several advices to the policy making concerning this process.更多还原
