深部重塑黏土长时高压K0固结试验研究

【摘要】 静止土压力系数K0是决定着深部水平地压、影响地下结构设计及安全分析的关键参数。深部土体在高地压下具有很强的流变性,导致固结应力、固结龄期等因素均显著影响土体的固结过程及其K0值。采用巨野矿区深部典型黏土制备的重塑黏土试样,分别在固结应力8,10,12,14,16 MPa下,开展了固结时间为1,3,7,14,28 d条件下的K0固结试验,获得了重塑黏土高压固结过程的K0值,并分析了K0值随固结应力、固结时间的变化规律。试验结果表明:深部重塑黏土的K0并非一个常数,而是一个区间值,随固结时间和应力变化。黏土试样在固结前期K0值较大,随着固结时间延长至14 d,土体K0值迅速减小之后逐步趋于稳定,816 MPa下固结28 d时K0值为0.4660.636。

【Abstract】 The coefficient of K0 is a key factor to control the horizontal stress and affect the design and the safety analysis of underground structures. Due to the strong rheological properties of deep soils under high pressure, the consolidation stress and the time of consolidation affect the consolidation process and the K0 significantly. In this paper, remolded clay samples taken from typical clay of Juye coal mining area have been tested under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 MPa, respectively, and the consolidation time is dived into 1, 3, 7, 14, 28 days. By testing, the change of K0 coefficient by the buried depth and consolidation history have been analyzed. The results show that the K0 coefficient is an interval value instead of a constant one and varies with the consolidation history and stress level. The K0 value of clay samples with shorter consolidation time is larger. With the consolidation time extended to 14 days, the K0 value decrease rapidly and gradually stabilizes. When clay samples are consolidated for 28 days under the pressure of 8-16 MPa, the K0 value is from 0.466 to 0.636.
