含软弱夹层锚固体变形过程中锚杆受力分析
Analysis on bolt performance during deformation process of anchorage containing a weak interlayer
【摘要】 为了解锚固体变形过程中锚杆受力特征,采用物理模型试验方法,对含软弱夹层锚固体变形过程中锚杆受力演化规律和沿杆长分布规律进行研究。研究发现,锚杆受力特征与锚固体变形过程密切相关,随锚固体变形,锚杆逐渐进入拉、压、弯、剪受力状态。锚固体屈服前,锚杆受力变化缓慢、沿杆长分布较规律(弯矩除外);锚固体屈服后锚杆受力变化剧烈、沿杆长分布一致性差,软化段开始出现稳定段。锚固体横向变形量与锚杆伸长量间的差异使锚杆受轴力作用,轴向变形沿杆长的非均匀分布使锚杆受横向剪应力作用并弯曲。软弱夹层对锚杆受力的影响主要体现在锚固体屈服后,轴力沿杆长分布曲线在软弱夹层内出现拐点,软化段时软弱夹层内锚杆轴力演化曲线出现平台段。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the mechanical characteristics of the bolt during the deformation process of the anchorage containing a weak interlayer, the physical model tests are carried out, and the evolution of the bolt stress and their distribution law along the bolt are studied. The research results show that the bolt mechanical characteristics are closely related to the deformation phase of the anchorage. With the anchorage deformation, the bolt gradually suffers tensile, compressive, bending and shear stress at the same time. At the pre-yielding phase of the anchorage, the change of bolt stresses is slow, and the stresses distribution along the bolt is relatively uniform(except the bending moment). However, at the post-yielding phase, the bolt stresses vary drastically and there are several distribution types of the stresses. As the anchorage enters the strain-softening stage, the bolt stresses begin to stabilize. When the bolt elongation is different from the transverse displacement of the anchorage, it suffers the axial force, while the uneven axial displacement of the anchorage makes the bolt suffering transverse shear stress and bending moment. The influence of the weak interlayer on the bolt mechanical characteristics emerges at the post-yielding stage of the anchorage. After the yielding point of the anchorage, kick-off points can be seen for the distribution curve of axial force in the weak interlayer. At the strain-softening stage of the anchorage, there is a flat segment on the evolution curves of the axial force of the bolt section embedded in the weak interlayer.
