煤单轴压缩加载试验中的红外辐射噪声特征与去噪方法

【摘要】 针对煤岩加载过程中其表面平均红外辐射温度(AIRT)信息离散与特征不明显的难题,分析了煤单轴压缩加载试验中AIRT噪声特征,阐述了进行AIRT去噪的必要性,提出了带参照试样的AIRT去噪方法。在煤单轴压缩红外辐射试验过程中,传统的去噪试验操作方法不能去除或有效降低噪声,外界环境(包括空气流动、环境温度变化等)和仪器产生的AIRT噪声,足以掩盖加载(应力)造成的红外辐射变化量(ΔAIRT)。参照试样去噪方法的关键是在试验观测系统中,添加一块参照试样(煤样),以参照煤样的ΔAIRT作为基准,对单轴压缩加载煤样的ΔAIRT进行去噪。研究结果表明,参照试样去噪方法可以有效去噪,并以去噪后的煤样表面平均红外辐射温度变化量(ΔAIRT’)为指标,分析了真实的煤单轴压缩加载破裂过程中的红外辐射变化特征。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of discretization and unclear characteristics of average infrared radiation temperature(AIRT) of coal-rock during uniaxial compression loading, we analyzed the AIRT noise characteristics of coal in uniaxial compression test, described the necessity of AIRT denoising, and proposed an AIRT denoising method with control samples.During coal uniaxial compression test, it is difficult to reduce or remove the noise effectively through conventional denoising method and operation only, as AIRT noise from external environment, including air flow and the change of environmental temperature, as well as instruments are strong enough to cover up the variation of average infrared radi-ation temperature(ΔAIRT) caused by loading(of stress).The critical step of the denoising method with control samples is adding a control coal sample into the infrared radiation observation system and denoising the ΔAIRT of compressed coal samples based on the ΔAIRT of the control coal sample.The results have shown that the noise can be removed effectively through the denoising method with control samples, and the real infrared radiation characteristics of coal failure process can be obtained with the average infrared radiation temperature of coal sample which was denosied(ΔAIRT’) as the indicator.
