综放面端头设备交叉侧卸布置及放煤工艺研究
Research on cross-side discharge arrangement of equipments and caving technology in fully mechanized caving face ends
【摘要】 基于综放工作面端头设备布置方式的改变以及由此带来的端头放煤空间的变化,采用理论分析与现场工业性试验相结合,分析了综放工作面端头设备交叉侧卸布置的特点、技术优势以及端头区放煤的工艺方式。研究表明:端头设备交叉侧卸布置后,为端头(过渡)支架上方顶煤的放出提供了空间条件;受到回采巷道支护,邻近支架放煤程度及煤层倾角的影响,端头顶煤的放煤区域可分为截面呈长方形或梯形的立方体;端头区顶煤散体介质的形变势能随端头区基本顶回转角以及基本顶断裂线距端头区顶煤的距离的增大而增大,随顶板压力及自身体积的增大而增大,并随顶煤高度的增大而减小;确定了端头区顶煤合理放煤顺序为先放靠工作面中部侧支架的顶煤,依次再放工作面端头侧支架的顶煤,采用多轮顺序放煤方式。东滩煤矿1306综放工作面的工业性试验表明,工作面煤炭回收率提高了1.105%,取得了良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Based on changes of the arrangement of the device in full mechanized caving face ends and the resulting changes in the caving space of face-ends, the characteristics and advantages of cross-side discharge arrangement of face-ends equipments and the technique of caving in face-ends area were analyzed through theoretical analysis and industrial test.The results have shown that the equipment of face-ends cross-side discharge arrangement provides space conditions for top coal caving above face-ends(transition); influenced by mining roadway supported, the extent of near support caving, and coal seam inclination, the caving region of top coal face-ends can be divided into rectangular and trapezoidal cross-section; the deformed potential energy of granular medium of top coal in face-ends increases with the basic roof rotating angle of face-ends area and the distance between basic roof fault line and top coal of face-ends area, and it also increases with the roof pressure and its own volume, while it decreases as the top coal height increases; the reasonable order of top coal caving in face-ends was determined:top coal by the side of the middle face support comes first and then the top coal by the side of the face-ends support follows.It applied the method of multiple rounds of sequential manner with caving.The industrial test of fully mechanized caving face 1306 in Dongtan coal mine showed that the rate of coal recovery increased by 1.105% and achieved good economic benefit.
