【摘要】 人才培养是竞技体育运动持续发展的根本目标,任何竞技体育项目都需要一个坚强的后盾作为力量支撑,同时也必须遵循其自身的发展规律.现阶段,我国竞技体操人才培养模式较为稚嫩,如何扎实做好人才培养工作是亟待解决的问题.为此,运用文献资料法、分析法,分析我国竞技体操人才培养中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,提出了具体的应对策略,为我国竞技体操人才培养体系的完善提出建设性的意见.更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of reserve talen is the fundamental goal of sustainable competitive sports development of any projects need a strong backing as support,but also must follow the law of development of its own. At this stage,China’s gymnastics reserve personnel training pattern is relatively immature,job of talents training is the problem to be solved. By using the method of literature and analysis, this paper points out the deficiencies in the training mode of reserve talents of competitive cymnastics in China; and according to the related problems,put forward the strategy,model and put forward constructive suggestions for China’s gymnastics reserve personnel training.更多还原
