【Abstract】 This paper takes news listening as an example, through discussion of the four essential problems to be solved in English listening: "Why Listening" , "What to Listen" , "How to Listen" and "Where to Start" , to explore the effective learning strategies of college English listening in the Internet plus era, and suggested an intensive listening practice solution of "5 steps to improve listening" in order to improve college students English listening strategies, and thus improve their English listening ability.更多还原
