基于JKSimMet仿真数据的破碎机和半自磨机破碎粒度分布研究
Research on particle size distribution of product from crusher and SAG mill base on JKSim Met simulation data
【摘要】 矿山破碎设备的产品粒度是衡量其生产工艺性能的重要指标,目前主要采用离线人工筛分的方法进行判定。由于操作人员及筛分设备的不同,使得筛分结果参差不齐,现有经验公式与实际测量结果难以有效拟合,影响了对该参数的有效判定。通过利用JKSim Met仿真软件获得大量的粒度分布数据,在此基础上通过经验回归,获得了破碎产品粒度的分布公式,更好地拟合了粒度分布情况,可提高检测效率和控制精度。
【Abstract】 The particle size of the product from the comminution equipment is an important index to appraise the performance of the production process. It is mainly off-line manually judged at present. Since different operator and sieving facility, the sieving results differs, and it is hard for current formula and actual measurements to effectively fit, which affects the effective judgement of the particle size. In the paper, lots of particle size distribution data was acquired via JKSim Met simulation software, and then the formula of particle size distribution of product was obtained after experience regression. So the particle size distribution was better fitted, and the inspection efficiency and the control precision improved.
