Nrf2、HO-1在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨在口腔鳞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinomas,OSCC)的发生发展过程中核因子E2/相关因子2(Nuclear related factor-E2-factor,Nrf2)、HO-1(Heme oxygenase-1)可能存在的作用。方法:采用超敏免疫组化法Super Vision(SV)检测Nrf2、HO-1在23例癌旁正常组织和54例口腔鳞癌组织中的表达情况,并讨论两者表达是否具有相关性以及与口腔鳞癌患者的不同临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:在OSCC组织中Nrf2、HO-1的阳性表达率较癌旁正常组织高(P<0.05);Nrf2、HO-1的阳性率与OSCC组织的性别,年龄,TNM分期,pT分期,部位,吸烟指数无明显相关性(P>0.05),Nrf2的阳性率与组织学分化程度,淋巴结转移不相关(P>0.05);HO-1的阳性率与组织学分化程度,淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);Nrf2、HO-1在OSCC组织中的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.295,P=0.032)。结论:Nrf2、HO-1对OSCC的发生发展有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the potential significance of nuclear related factor-E2-factor and Heme oxygenase-1in oral squamous cell carcinomas.Methods:Testing the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1by immunohistochemistry,Super Vision,in 57 OSCC and 28 normal tissues,which without carcinoma cells,is to analysis the relationship between Nrf2 and HO-1and to discuss the correlations between their expression and clinicopathological characteristics.Results:Result:Higher expression of Nrf2 and HO-1was detected in OSCC than normal tissues(P<0.05).Expression of Nrf2 and H0-1was not related with age,gender,location,C-TNM,pT stage,smokingindex(P>0.05).The expression of Nrf2 in OSCC was not related with differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).However,the expression of HO-1was significantly correlated with differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of HO-1 was positively correlated with the expression of Nrf2 in OSCC(r=0.295,P=0.032).Conclusion:Present findings suggest that the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1has significant role in the process of OSCC.
