Objective To study the bioactivity of the pure titanium surface treated with sand blasting and acid-alkali heat treatment.Methods The specimens were divided into 3 groups which were respectively treated by machined( M),sand blasting-acid etching( SLA) and sand blasting-acid-alkali heat treatment( AHH).
