【Abstract】 Autophagy is a highly conserved biological process of eukaryotic cells. It plays an important role in biological development and maintenance of homeostasis. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that autophagy is closely related to head and neck tumors, and autophagy can affect the occurrence, development, metastasis and treatment of head and neck tumors. This article reviews the classification and function of autophagy, the regulatory mechanism, the relationship between autophagy and head and neck tumors, and the therapeutic effects in cancer.更多还原
