【摘要】 目的比较¹³¹I和抗甲状腺药物治疗甲亢的临床疗效.方法选取泰兴市人民医院2015年7月至2016年12月共52例明确诊断为甲亢的患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者给予甲状腺药物治疗,观察组给予¹³¹I治疗.对比2组患者临床疗效、临床症状评分及血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、TNF-α水平.结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）;2组患者治疗后的临床症状评分均明显低于治疗前,治疗后组间数据比较观察组与对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.2组患者治疗后的血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、TNF-α水平均明显优于治疗前,治疗后组间数据比较观察组与对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论¹³¹I治疗甲亢作用突出,可改善患者血清中IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、TNF-α水平,提高治疗效果,值得使用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Obje ctive To compare the clinical efficacy of iodine ¹³¹I and antithyroid drugs in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Me thods Fifty-two patients with hyperthyroidism were enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received thyroid drug treatment.The observation group was treated with iodine ¹³¹I.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-17 and TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups.Re s ults The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group before and after treatment（ P<0.05）.The levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-17 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P<0.05）.Conclus ion The effect of iodine 131 on hyperthyroidism can improve the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-17 and TNF-α of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.更多还原
