【摘要】 在我国"一带一路"战略背景下,亟待加强沿线国家科技、产业和社会的融合,打造国家间的利益共同体。国际科技合作作为"一带一路"战略的重要组成部分,是当今学者深入探讨的热点问题,其研究范畴主要涉及基础理论研究(包括合作动因、合作特征、合作领域、合作内容)和合作机制及模式研究(包括影响国际科技合作的环境因素、政策条件、人力资源条件、管理机制、合作模式)两大部分,研究呈现出一定的多元性、融合性、现实性和实证性。但对于国际科技合作在不同时期的合作内容、合作模式以及实践创新的研究尚显不足。今后一段时期,借鉴国内外研究成果,结合中国实际,建立中国特色国际科技合作机制,形成中国特色国际科技合作模式,显得尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of "The Belt and Road Initiative",Chinais in urgent need of strengtheningthe integration of science and technology,and industry and society so as to build a community of interests between the countriesalong the routes. The international sci- tech cooperation,as an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative,has become one of today’s hottest academic highlightsamong the scholars. The researches addressed can be categorized into two prominent fields: the first is the basic theory studies,including co- operational motivation,co- operational characteristics,co- operational areas,and co- operational content; the second isthe research on co- operational mechanism and modes including environmental factors,policy conditions,human resources,management mechanism,and co- operationalmodes which impose an influence on the international sci- tech cooperation. These researches to some extent are characteristic of diversity,integration,feasibility and being empirical. Further research,however,is still needed to be done inco- operational contents,co- operational modes and practical innovation of international sci- tech cooperation in different periods.Therefore,it is utterly important in the coming years to draw lessons from the research results at home and abroad for reference,to establish international technology cooperation mechanism with Chinese characteristics by taking China’s actual situations into account,thus forming an international sci- tech cooperation mode withChinese characteristics.更多还原
