以固体废弃物煤矸石所副产的水玻璃为原料制备水化硅酸钙,获得常压下合成的最优工艺条件为反应温度65℃、反应时间2 h、39.20 g水玻璃加水量50 m L、原料钙硅比为1.3、转速600r/min,在此条件下二氧化硅平均收率为98%,产物中平均钙硅比为1.01.采用XRD、BET、SEM等测试手段对合成产物进行性能测试表明,所制得的水化硅酸钙为无定形物相、呈多孔蜂窝状结构,且非常疏松易碎,平均粒径为5.80μm,白度为95.2%,比表面积59.110 m2/g.这种结晶不良的凝胶状水化硅酸钙具有较大的比表面积,可作为一种性能优良的新型填料,而广泛应用于水泥、塑料和造纸等多种行业.本研究对拓宽煤矸石应用领域、提高煤矸石附加值有积极的指导意义.

Hydrated calcium silicate superfine powder is synthesized from by-product sodium silicate of coal gangue in this paper.
