X波段宽带相控阵接收前端设计
Design of X-band broadband phased array receiver front-end
【摘要】 为了提高相控阵接收前端的集成度,减小系统的体积和重量,根据接收前端噪声系数、增益、带内起伏性等技术指标,给出了一种应用于信息对抗领域的8~12 GHz宽带接收前端设计,对关键电路进行了设计与仿真.该设计采用多芯片组件(MCM)及低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术,对低噪声放大器的电源进行管理,降低了系统功耗,使其能满足指标要求.测试结果表明,接收前端的幅度一致性小于1.6 dB,带内平坦度小于3 dB,从而验证了该设计方法的正确性和可行性.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the receiver front-end integration and reduce the volume and weight of the system, this paper,based on the receiver front-end noise coefficient, gain, intra-band undulateness and other technical indexes,offers a design of 8~12 GHz broadband receiver front-end, and also makes design and simulation of the key circuits. In the design the multichip module(MCM) and low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) technology are adopted, and the power supply of low noise amplifier is controlled so as to reduce power dissipation of the system and meet its specification requirements. Receive front-end test results show that the amplitude consistency is less than 1.6 dB, and intra-band flatness is less than 3 dB, which verify the correctness and feasibility of the design method.
