【摘要】 针对我国高校事业迅猛发展,电子类专业学生教学参与度低,教学内容脱离实际教学岗位要求,重理论考核轻实践等问题。通过建设校企协作平台,加强战略管理,明确了校企合作定位,结合学生兴趣及企业实际需求,学生毕业选题与企业行业实际相结合等方式,共同构建校企协同模式下多元共赢的培养机制,培养电子工程专业复合型创新人才。实践表明,该模式提高了本科生的实践创新能力,增加其就业竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development in universities, it has brought some problems including students majored in electrical engineering have low participation in teaching,the content of teaching far away from the practical needing,and paying more attention to theoretical test rather than practice.After establishing the construction of school-enterprise cooperation platform and specializing management of the staff in the training base,the School of Electronic Engineering of South China Agricultural University has built up a multiple win-win mechanism.Based on student interest and the actual needs,and graduate design meeting industry practice,we have cultivating the compound talents.The practice results show that these training plan has improved the innovation ability of undergraduate and enhance its employability.更多还原
