【摘要】 在物联网、移动互联网的技术背景下,智慧图书馆逐渐成为公认的图书馆未来发展的新模式。在高校新图书馆建设之际,物理空间的改变、人财物条件的保障,为图书馆变革转型提供了难得的机遇。以新图书馆建设为背景,阐明了图书馆信息技术、管理、人员、系统、服务等要素智慧化的特点,分析了建立基于岗位胜任力的人员队伍建设模式、项目团队管理模式、培训评价回访馆员制度的必要性,探讨了一站式互动移动端平台系统开发、延伸深化服务内容等手段,以促进图书馆智慧化的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the technical background of the Internet of things and the mobile Internet,the intelligent library has gradually become a new model for the future development of library. In the construction of new libraries in colleges and universities,the change of physical space and the guarantee of human,finance,material provide a rare opportunity for the transformation of library. Taking the construction of the new library as the background,this paper expounds the intellectualized characteristics of the information technology,management,personnel,system and service of library,analyzes the necessity of establishing a personnel team building model based on post competency,project team management model,the system of librarians’ training,evaluation and return visit,discusses the development of one station interactive mobile end platform system and the extension of service content,to promote the realization of library intelligence.更多还原
