【摘要】 移动阅读环境下,地方高校图书馆面临着信息生态环境、学术生态环境和高等教育环境的变化,本科教学改革与创新对图书馆的信息资源、信息获取、服务环境及服务质量提出了新的更高的要求。为了适应环境的变化和本科教学改革发展,图书馆需要在理性自觉、服务资源、服务空间、服务重心、服务组织等方面做出系统性的转变,通过服务转型,有效拓展和延伸图书馆的工作职能,改善图书馆的服务品质,提升图书馆的核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In mobile reading environment,local university libraries are facing changes in information ecological environment,academic ecological environment and higher education environment,and the undergraduate teaching reform and innovation put forward new and higher requirements for the library in information resources,information access,service environment and service quality.
