【Abstract】 Since the initiation of reform and open policy,the rule of law has been becoming a principle of education administration and playing an important role in guiding,regulating,promoting,and protecting the development of education.In the direction of comprehensive promotion of rule of law and modernization of administration,in order to make just laws and administer efficiently,we should increase legislations of education,and perfect educational law system; We also should bolster administration by law and law enforcement in education,and establish an efficient system of law implementation;Finally,school management by law and law education of youth should be promoted.更多还原
