【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is an important part of China’s pharmaceutical industry. TCM has also been recognized by a large number of Chinese people. However, foreign companies in China’s major markets have occupied a large share. This paper collects the patent information applied by Japanese patentees in the field of TCM in China through the Incopt database, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the patent information. This paper summarizes the changes in the development trend of Japanese patentees applying for patents in China in the field of TCM.According to the trend of data changes, we can infer changes of Japan in China’s TCM market.更多还原
