工程项目中建筑信息模型应用能力的多层次熵物元评价

【摘要】 从安全管理、成本控制、进度控制、质量控制和信息管理5个方面总结归纳工程量统计等18项影响指标,构建工程项目施工过程BIM应用能力5A评价指标体系;将多层次熵权法与物元分析法相结合,建立应用能力评价模型。对哈尔滨太平机场T2航站楼工程进行实证分析,结果表明该评价模型具有较强的适用性,BIM在成本和进度控制方面应用能力强。

【Abstract】 From five aspects, such as safety management, cost control, schedule control, quality control and information management, the paper summarizes quantities statistics, 18 impact indicators, and builds 5A evaluation index system of BIM application ability in the project construction process; The multi level entropy weight method and the matter element analysis method are combined to establish the evaluation model of application capability. The paper carries on the empirical analysis of Harbin Taiping Airport T2 terminal project, and the results show that, the evaluation model has strong applicability; BIM has strong application ability in cost and schedule control.
