【Abstract】 Based on the impact of incubation cycle on employment creation,a novel employment efficacy indicator of the macro technology business incubator ecosystem is proposed with the theory of incubation cycle. Based on the novel indicator,the employment situation of macro technology business incubator ecosystem is empirically analyzed by use of annual data sets of macro technology business incubator ecosystem in China. Then,based on the grey system theory,a prediction model of employment efficacy is constructed to analyze the dynamic situation and future trends of the macro technology business incubator ecosystem.
