高温环境下有氧运动对水通道蛋白通透性的影响
Effect of Aerobic Exercise on the Permeability of Water Channel Protein
【摘要】 水是人体细胞的主要组成部分,在人体不同的组织细胞中,水的比例占人体总体重的70%左右,大多数细胞的生长、凋亡、修复、再生等生化反应都是在水环境中进行,在维持不同组织体液平衡和内环境稳态中,水分子跨越细胞膜的快速运输是通过水通道蛋白来实现的。在室外温度高达30℃左右的条件下,当机体进行长时间有氧运动或从事长时间作业时,由于机体大量出汗,体液大量丢失,血乳酸含量增加,血液渗透压升高,机体则出现过度疲劳现象。因此,在机体内环境呈酸性,体温急剧升高,代谢产物堆积,血液有效渗透压降低的共同作用下,将使机体水通道蛋白(aquaporin,AQP)的通透性功能产生障碍,直接影响机体对水平衡和酸碱平衡的调节作用。
【Abstract】 Water is the main component of human cells.In different tissues of the human body, the proportion of water accounts for about 70% of the total body weight, which most cells of biochemical reactions happened in the water, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, repair and regeneration, and maintain fluid balance or homeostasis in different regions, the rapid transport of water molecules across cell membranes is achieved by means of aquaporin. In the outdoor temperature up to about 30 degrees under the condition, the body is sporting for a long time, and engaged the aerobic endurance in work. due to the release of liquid from the body’s sweat glands, and mass loss of body fluid, and increased the lactic acid, and elevated blood pressure, It will cause about the environment of body appear fatigue phenomenon, meanwhile, machine body environment is acid, which affect the permeability of aquaporin.,which directly influences the adjustment of water balance and acid alkali balance.
