【摘要】 绿地投资是国际直接投资的重要进入方式之一,与跨国并购相比,外商绿地投资对东道国就业具有明显的促进作用。为了考察外商对华绿地投资是否具有就业创造效应,以及就业创造效应受哪些因素影响,本文基于2003—2015年外商对华绿地投资项目数据,实证分析了外商对华绿地投资的就业创造效应及其影响因素。结果表明,外商对华绿地投资不仅具有显著的直接就业创造效应,而且具有显著的间接就业创造效应;分地区来看,外商绿地投资的直接就业创造效应在我国东部地区表现最好,间接就业创造效应在我国西部地区表现最好。最后,本文提出了利用外商绿地投资促进我国就业的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Greenfield Investment is one of the main entering mode for international direct investment. Compared with Cross-border Mergers and Acquisition, Greenfield Investment has obvious promotion effect on the employment of the host country. In order to investigate whether the Greenfield Investment in China has a job creation effect and find out which factors influence the employment creation, this paper is empirically analyzes the employment creation effect and its influencing factors of Greenfield Investment based on the date of foreign Greenfield Investment project date of China from 2003 to 2015. The results show that Greenfield Investment in China not only has obvious direct employment creation effect, but also has significant indirect employment creation effect. From the regional view, the direct employment creation effect of foreign Greenfield Investment is the best in the eastern part of China, and the indirect employment creation effect is the best in the western region of China. In the end, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to use Greenfield Investment to promote employment in China.更多还原
