【摘要】 [目的]观察复方氟米松软膏联合硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏分阶段治疗足跟部慢性湿疹临床疗效。[方法]将160例足跟部慢性湿疹随机均分为2组,治疗组依次外用药,早、晚各1次,共2周,第3周以相同方法单用硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏;对照组80例以与治疗组相同方法单用复方氟米松软膏。[结果]治疗组较对照组痊愈率、显效率均明显提高,统计学分析差异性显著﹙P﹤0.05﹚。[结论]复方氟米松软膏联合硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏分阶段治疗足跟部慢性湿疹可以缩短激素药物的使用时间,疗效显著、安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate clinical efficacy of compound flumetasone ointment combined with boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment in the treatment of heel in stages of chronic eczema. [Methods]160 cases of chronic eczema of heel were randomly divided into 2 groups. 80 patients in the treatment group were treated with compound flumetasone ointment and Boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment. The two drugs for extemal use were at the ratio of 1:1 in turn for two weeks. they was only treated with boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment in the same way in the third week. 80 patients in the contral group were only treated with compound flumetasone ointment in the same way as in the control group for three weeks. The patients used the drug twice in a day.[Results]There was significant difference between the treatment groups and contral group in the aspects of the curative and effective rate ﹙ P ﹤ 0. 05 ﹚. [Conclusion]Compound flumetasone ointment combined with Boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment can shorten the using time of hormone and that is safe and efficient option for patients in the treatmen of chronic eczema of hool.更多还原
