【摘要】 目的 对建立黄热病疫苗脱敏接种程序进行可行性研究。方法 采用文献法,通过对有关黄热病疫苗及接种的相关文献及药品脱敏注射的相关文献的研究分析,讨论建立规范的黄热病疫苗的脱敏接种方法的可行性。结果 分次接种黄热病疫苗时,当首针疫苗接种剂量达到100PFU,若接种首针后发生过敏反应,即使立即停止继续接种,也可保证已注射的疫苗剂量刺激机体免疫反应,产生阳转。将人群分为三类,反复过敏人群(过敏体质)、正在过敏人群(皮疹、荨麻疹等症状)、过敏恢复人群(皮疹消退1周内),可根据不同人群的情况选择不同的接种方案。结论 黄热病疫苗的脱敏注射程序在理论上可行,国内外已有相关实践,建议国内在适宜条件下尽快开展黄热病疫苗脱敏注射治疗。更多还原
