【摘要】 目的提高泌感合剂的质量标准。方法通过薄层色谱法鉴别地榆和土茯苓;通过AlCl₃络合法,采用紫外分光光度法测定泌感合剂中总黄酮的含量。结果总黄酮在0.044 4⁰.133 3 mg范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=46.57X-0.001,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为92.85%,RSD为1.77%（n=6）。结论该方法简单、准确、数据可靠,可作为泌感合剂的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality standard of Mi-gan Mixture. Methods The Sanguisorba officinalis and Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma are identified by thin layer chromatography.The content of total flavonoids is determined by UV spectrophotometry by AlCl₃ complexation method. Results The total flavonoids have a good liner in the range of 0.044 4 0.133 3 mg, the linear equation is Y = 46.57 X-0.001, r = 0.999 8,the average recovery is 92.85 % and the RSD is 1.77 %（n = 6）.
