【摘要】 建设海绵城市应对城市内涝、缺水,是当前城市建设的重要指导思想。但以工程技术为核心、以简单增加雨水调蓄容量为目标的思路,忽略了市民大众的需求,无法真正建立人与雨水之间长久和谐关系。历史上,人们在有限的技术条件下,创造出了很多融于生活、顺应自然的处理人与水关系的实践和方法,提示我们不应将雨水调蓄空间独立于人、仅供观看,应建立两者相互依赖的关系,塑造具有长久生命力的、体现地方人文特色的城镇景观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction of sponge city in response to urban waterlogging and water shortage is an important strategy to guide current urban construction. However, the concept focusing on engineering technology and targeting at simply increasing rainwater storage capacity overlooks the public demands and fails to maintain permanent and harmonious relationship between humans and rainwater. In history, under the limited technical conditions, people created practice and methods that were appropriate for life and complied with nature in dealing with the relationship between human beings and water. It reminds us that we should keep interdependent relationship between rainwater storage space and human beings, and forge urban landscape of long vitality and embodying local humanism characteristics rather than consider them independent only for appreciation.更多还原
