【摘要】 目的观察中医改良整脊手法结合电针、刺络拔罐法治疗非椎间融合型腰椎间盘突出症手术后复发的疗效。方法将符合标准的86例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各43例,治疗组采用中医整脊手法结合电针与刺络拔罐法治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片和甲钴胺片口服用药。分别记录治疗后症状体征改变情况,进行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率为81.4%,对照组为60.5%,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组在JOA量表评分、VAS疼痛评分的改善方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论中医改良整脊手法结合电针、刺络拔罐法治疗非椎间融合型腰椎间盘突出症术后复发在改善疼痛、提高腰部功能方面明显优于双氯芬酸钠缓释片和甲钴胺片口服药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of chiropractic combined electroacupuncture and blood-letting puncturing and cupping in the treatment of non-intervertebral fusion postoperative recurrence protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 86 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 43 in each. The treatment group was given chiropractic combined electroacupuncture and blood-letting puncturing and cupping,while the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and mecobalamin tablets. The changes of symptoms and signs after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was81. 4%,while the control group was 60. 5%. The treatment group was superior to the control group.Compared with the control group,the JOA score,Visual Analogue Scale( VAS) pain score of the treatment group were significantly improved( P < 0. 05).
