【Abstract】 Confronting the costs caused by additional technologies and dif f iculties of renovation of op en houses, this paper develops a new design concept, i.e. house of tiny renovation on the basis of small change, less demolition and a short period of construction. Taking layout and joint design into account, it realizes spatial reduction and increase by restricting the area of renovation, adopting space of variable height, and using easily transformable kitchens and bathrooms in design.更多还原
