【Abstract】 The paper introduces the digital phase measurement for the laser ranging device,deduces computational formula of the sixteen-point digital phase measurement,undertakes the accuracy estimation,and points out the sixteen-point digital phase measurement has higher accuracy of the sinusoidal wave initial phase with simpler calculation process,so it is worth studying by related tests.更多还原
