【摘要】 结合某11层商住楼工程概况,提出了首层转换部分框支剪力墙和无转换层剪力墙两种结构形式,利用广厦结构CAD软件计算了内力和配筋,并通过广厦概预算系统分析了单方含钢量和结构造价,比较了两种结构方案的经济性,结果表明,两种结构形式的经济指标差别不明显,为了适应商住楼的功能要求,实现首层大空间,建议优先采用带转换层的结构形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combining with the 11-story commercial residential building engineering conditions,put out a partial frame supported shear wall structure with the first layer conversion and a common shear wall structure. Guangsha structure CAD is used for the calculation of internal force and reinforcement. Guangsha budget system is used for the calculation of unilateral steel content and structural cost. At last,it makes a comparison on the economic performance of two structural scheme. It turns out that the difference of economic indicators is not obvious. In order to adapt to the requirements of commercial and residential building that it need a big space in the first floor,it suggests that we should take the form of structure with conversion layer first.更多还原
