食用大米中重金属铅、镉、铜、锌含量的测定

【摘要】 实验中采用湿法消解大米样品,通过火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中的铅、铜、锌三种重金属,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析法测定样品中的镉金属。实验结果表明:当待测元素浓度范围分别为Pb:0.4~10μg/ml,Cd:0~0.8μg/ml,Cu:0.2~10μg/ml,Zn:0.4~6μg/ml时,标准曲线的相关系数为r≥0.99236,操作方法简便、灵敏、准确,便于测定大米中重金属含量与超标程度。火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定四类重金属精密度和准确度较高;电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析法测定镉准确有效。

【Abstract】 The rice were pretreatmented by wet digestion method,and 3 kinds of heavy metals lead,copper,zinc in the digesting aqua of the rice sample were analyzed by the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry while cadmium was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum analysis. The experimental results show that:When the concen-tration range for the elements respectively Pb: 0. 4 ~ 10μg/ml,Cd: 0 ~ 0. 8μg/ml,Cu: 0. 2 ~10μg/ml,Zn: 0. 4 ~ 6μg/ml,the corre-lation coefficients of Standard curve are equal or greater than 0. 99236.The methods are simple,delicate,accurate. In accordance with national standards,the lead in rice samples are all beyond the national standard and have certain influence to human body health; Cadmium,copper and zinc are not exceeding the national standards.
