【摘要】 中小型科技创新企业通常年轻并富有生命力,但也面临资金短缺、人员紧张、技术研发任务重等困难。讨论了高等院校与中小型科技创新企业联合培养的基地建设,培养模式,制度保障,安全保障与质量监控等问题。以建筑与土木工程专业为例,探索并实践了校企研究生联合培养教学模式,科研实践和风险控制等。围绕企业急需解决的科技研发问题或难题,设计研究生科研课题,切实帮助中小型科技创新企业进行技术研发与创新,解决实际问题等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medium or small-sized technological innovation enterprise is usually young and full of vitality, but also faces some problem including shortages of circulating funds, personnel, technology research and development, etc. Cultivating graduate students by universities and medium or small-sized technological innovation-based enterprises are discussed on the base construction, cultivation mode, system security, safety, quality control and other issues. Taken the program"Architecture and Civil Engineering"as an example, this study explores and practices the university-enterprise joint training of medical teaching mode, graduate student scientific research practice and risk control, etc. Focusing on some questions or problems on research and development of science and technology which an enterprise needed to resolve, the graduate student research projects should be designed reasonably to help the enterprise to conduct technology research,development and innovation.更多还原
