高大厂房吊顶辐射采暖系统的测试分析

【摘要】 辐射采暖是工业厂房中一种较为理想的供暖方式,为了解热水吊顶辐射采暖系统的采暖效果,本文对应用该采暖方式的高大厂房进行了现场实测,分别测量了辐射板板面温度、空气温度、黑球温度、围护结构内表面温度和空气流速等采暖特性参数,分析了热水吊顶辐射采暖的运行特性及空间温度场等特点。

【Abstract】 Radiant heating is a better way for heating of industrial workshop. To learn the effect of ceiling radiant heating system of hot water, an large workshop with this heating means was measured on the spot in this study. Surface temperature of radiant panel, air temperature, black ball temperature, internal surface temperature of envelope and air velocity were tested. The running characteristics and temperature field of ceiling radiant heating system of hot water were analyzed.
