基于实际工程模型的无机砂浆保温装饰复合板耐候性温度场与温度应力模拟
Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field and Temperature Stress Field Considering Weather Resistance Experiment Based on Practical Engineering Model for Inorganic Mortar Insulated Decorative Panel
【摘要】 本文以保温装饰复合板模拟为例,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件作为辅助工具,通过模型搭建、材质赋予、边界条件界定以及模拟结果导出,探讨实际工程中,无机砂浆保温装饰复合板外墙在耐候性试验条件下的传热与变形问题。
【Abstract】 This paper simulates heat transfer and deformation of insulated decorative panel subject to weather ability experiment with the aid of finite element analysis software. By building model,giving material,defining boundary condition and inducing results, this paper explored temperature field and temperature stress field considering weather resistance experiment based on practical engineering.
