采暖散热器低温供热性能研究

【摘要】 目前我国散热器末端设计方法主要针对集中供热工况,缺少对低温热源散热器应用的研究。本文以实验室测试数据为基础,根据测试得出的标准特征公式计算不同过余温度下的散热量,在此基础上研究各种典型类型散热器的低温供热性能。通过对散热器散热量衰减率的研究,给出了低温工况下散热器选型时的片数修正系数表,可供设计者直接采用。

【Abstract】 At present,radiator end design method in China is mainly targeted at central heating condition. Lowtemperature heating performance of radiator is rarely studied. This paper studied heating performance of radiator at low temperature based on test data in laboratory. According to the standard characteristics test formula,the output of heat radiator was calculated. A parameter called "heat dissipation rate of radiator"was defined to evaluate the degree of heat dissipation at different excess temperatures. Finally,the paper gave the radiator coefficient correction factor table which can be used in radiator selection design.
