纳米SiO2复掺粉煤灰对混凝土抗压强度研究

【摘要】 探究纳米SiO2复掺粉煤灰之后代替水泥,并配备出强度等级不相同的C35普通混凝土及C60的高强混凝土,对混凝土开展性能测试。试验结果表明,当龄期为28 d时立方体的抗压强度以及轴心抗压强度最大,并且在对等级为C35的普通混凝土与C60的高强混凝土进行力学性能探究的结果表明,混凝土的工作性往往会伴随着纳米SiO2的增加而呈现出降低的趋势,并且所掺入的混凝土等级为C35的普通混凝土的坍落度以及拓展度的下降速度要快于C60高强度混凝土。此外,对于混凝土的抗渗性能所遵循的原则是依据纳米SiO2的掺入数量而不断增加,且强度较低的混凝土抗渗能力的提高幅度会比强度较高的混凝土提升速度要快。

【Abstract】 Mainly explore the nano-SiO2 composite powder after the replacement of cement, and is equipped with a strength of different levels of C35 ordinary concrete and C60 of high strength concrete, concrete performance test. According to the experimental results, the compressive strength and axial compressive strength of the cube are the largest, and the mechanical properties of the ordinary concrete and C60 with C35, the workability of tend to with the increase of nano SiO2 showed a decreasing trend, and the incorporation of the concrete grade C35 concrete slump and expansion of the rate of decline to faster than C60 high strength concrete. In addition, the anti permeability performance of concrete is based on the principle that the number of SiO2 is increasing, and the increase of the strength of the anti permeability capacity will be faster than the strength of concrete.
