【摘要】 招生是目前高职院校一直都不敢掉以轻心的事情,关乎学校的生存和发展,是摆在高职院校面前的头等大事。深入招生调研,辨析招生形势,掌握招生变化和规律,制定精准的学院招生政策,探索合乎学院实际的招生方式和方法,保证足够的生源,是高职院校招生工作的重中之重。本文就湖南省近年来的高职招生现状进行了调研分析,指出学院声誉、专业声誉等软实力是影响高职招生的重要因素,并就当前招生工作提出了建议,希望能够为相关高职院校的招生工作提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enrollment is an issue that higher vocational colleges take seriously all the time.It is also a primary task for higher vocational colleges as it is related to the survival and development of the school.Further researching on enrollment,analyzing enrollment situation,mastering enrollment change and regularity,making precise enrollment policy,developing effective enrollment ways and methods conformed to the college actual conditions,ensuring adequate students enrolled,all these are of the priority importance to the higher vocational colleges in their enrollment affairs.This article has carried on the research and study on the present enrollment situation of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province.It points out that soft power,such as college reputation and professional reputation,is an important factor affecting the enrollment of higher vocational colleges.It also puts forward some suggestions on the current enrollment work for other sister colleges for reference.更多还原
