【Abstract】 Drought takes place frequently in China, and groundwater is overdrafted in north China. In this case, how to carry out emergency drought monitoring for groundwater in northern areas, the groundwater resource utilization and emergency drought relief and the balance between the protection and rational utilization of resources, is a very thorny issuse.
