【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the relevant literature, the paper put forward 19 key constraints on the problems of aviation manufacturing enterprises in the multi-varieties and small batch production mode. Then the employees of Shanfei Company’s management positions were selected to carry out questionnaire survey. Through the study of the factor analysis of data, the paper extracts and purifies 4common factors and establishes the conceptual model of the key constraints of production management in aviation manufacturing enterprises,which take the multi-varieties and small batch production mode.
