【摘要】 目的:科学评估云南省第一人民医院2011-2015年国家自然科学基金获资助情况,不断总结经验,提高国家基金管理水平,提升医院综合科技实力。方法:以医院2011-2015年申请与获批国家自然科学基金数据为基础,对近五年来所获项目数、资助经费、学科分布、项目负责人职称、年龄等情况进行分析。结果:2011-2015年,云南省第一人民医院申请和获资助项目明显增加,64.44%项目负责人具有副高以上职称,80%以上具有硕、博士学历,项目负责人平均年龄40.33岁。结论:云南省第一人民医院依托院校合作方式,不断加大科技投入,出台科研激励机制,加强科研过程管理,医院的科研水平和学科实力跃上新台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the situation of the National Natural Science Foundation of in First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province in 2011-2015, and constantly sum up experience, improve the management level of the national fund, and enhance the comprehensive scientific and technological strength of the hospital. Methods: Based on the data of application and approval of the National Natural Science Foundation in 2011-2015, the number of items received in the past five years, the funding of the project, the distribution of subjects, the title and age of the project leader and others were analyzed. Results: In 2011-2015, the application and approval of the project in First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province was significantly increased. 64.44% of project leaders ranked above an associate title, more than 80% had the master’s and the doctor’s degrees, and their average age was 40.33 years old. Conclusion: First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province, relying on cooperation mode of the hospital-college, constantly increased the investment in science and technology,introduced scientific research incentive mechanism to strengthen the management of scientific research process, which made the hospital’s scientific research level and the strength of the discipline leap to a new level.更多还原
