刮板输送机双机变频驱动功率平衡控制研究

【摘要】 为实现刮板输送机双机功率平衡避免造成电动机偏载甚至损坏等问题,提出一种刮板输送机电动机功率平衡控制方法。依据转矩分配原则推导出电动机转矩分配公式;采用变频驱动的主从控制方法,主回路采用基于速度闭环的矢量控制,从回路为主机速度级联下的转矩控制,在主、从机转矩分配给定的前提下实现转矩闭环控制;同时完成双电动机功率平衡数学模型的建立及功率平衡控制系统模型;利用Matlab/Simlink实现机电系统仿真,仿真结果表明:在负载时变及调速过程中各电动机转矩可实现按比例分配输出,证明该功率平衡控制系统的可行性。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the power balance of scraper conveyors and avoid the problems about unbalanced load and damage of electric motors, a method of power balance is put forward. The torque distribution formula of motors is deduced according to the principle of torque distribution; Master-slave control method of frequency-conversion drive is adopted, the primary loop adopts a closed-loop vector control based on speed, the slave loop uses speed torque control under the cascade for the host. Torque closed loop control is realized under the premise of mast-slave torque. Power balance mathematic model and control system model of double motors are established. The electro-mechanical system is simulated with Matlab/Simlink. The results show that the motor torque will realize proportional distribution with time varying load and speed control. The feasibility of the power balance control system is proved.
