基于模糊控制的矿井排水控制系统优化研究

【摘要】 针对煤矿井下主排水系统能耗高的现状,提出了一种优化的节能控制方案。方案充分利用了水仓的储水能力,结合了"避峰填谷"的用电策略与水泵变频调速控制技术的优势,通过模糊控制算法实现;在Matlab/Simulink中设计了矿井主排水系统的仿真模型和模糊控制器,并进行了仿真,仿真结果表明水位曲线更加接近"W"的形状,电机的启停次数减少,降低了矿井排水成本,达到了节能减排,高效经济的运行目的,验证了所提方案的有效性。

【Abstract】 According to the present situation of high energy consumption of main drainage system of coal mine, a kind of energy saving drainage control scheme is proposed. The scheme combines the "peak valley" electricity strategy and pump frequency control and makes full use of the water storage capacity of the storage of water, and is realized through the fuzzy control algorithm. The simulation model of mine drainage system and the fuzzy controller are designed in Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the scheme can make the drainage system achieve the purpose of efficiency enhancing and energy saving by comparison. The simulation results show that the level curves are more close to the "W" shape, that the motors’ start-stop times and the cost of mine drainage are reduced, and that the energy-saving emission and the purpose of efficient and economical operation are achieved. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated.
