基于负荷自适应的模型驱动床温控制系统

【摘要】 大型发电生产过程被控对象动态特性大多具有大惯性,大时滞和非线性特点,获取其对象模型确实不易。但是模型精度不要求太高时,想要得到某个工作点的对象模型是完全可以实现的。提出一种基于负荷自适应的模型驱动循环流化床锅炉床温控制系统。该系统设计的前提条件是已获得了几种典型工况下的床温模型。首先,将床温模型经过微分反馈补偿后得到其等效床温模型,表示为带有纯滞后的一阶环节,这样十分方便求得模型驱动控制器参数。当运行到非典型工况时,可依据负荷大小自动优化控制系统参数。研究结果表明,该系统在整个负荷变化范围内,床温控制性能均表现优良。同时,该系统结构简单,实时性好,方便采用DCS系统组态构建,易于推广应用。

【Abstract】 For dynamic characteristics of large inertia, time delay and nonlinearity of the controlled object in the production process of big power plant, to acquire the controlled object model is not easy. When the precision is not too high, the model can be got at some working point. The CFB boiler bed temperature control system based on load adaptive model driven technology is introduced in this paper. The premise is the known bed temperature model under several typical loads. By using a differential feedback compensator, the bed model can be compensated and made into a first order system with time delay. It is very convenient to obtain the model driven controller parameters. When running to the atypical loads, the control system parameters can be optimized automatically by the size of loads. The research results show that the bed temperature control system has good control performance in the load range. At the same time, the system has the advantages of simple structure, good real-time performance, convenient construction using DCS system configuration, easy popularization and application.
